Attending the University of Findlay Marissa majored in Business Management as well as Equine Science with an emphasis on Western training. Her education has paved the way for her successful training programs, and has allowed her the opportunity to work with some of the leading industry professionals.

 

Marissas professionalism is evident in her teaching and the way she works with the horses.  She emphasizes relationships, encouraging the bond between horse and rider through the patient and consistent application of proven principles.

I want my riders and their horses to be comfortable and confident, whether they are schooling at home or showing in the pen. I treat each horse as an individual and realize that the same training program will not work for each one. I believe in treating your horse as an athlete.
